Our Autumn Moon pear business partners fall into two main categories: orchard partners and regional exclusive wholesalers. Due to the high cost and perishability of Autumn Moon pears, we apply stricter screening standards for partners selling this product compared to our other products. We require that our partners meet the following criteria: First, they must have a substantial customer base of high-end consumers, particularly affluent Asian consumers. Second, they must have advanced cold storage facilities and strong logistics and transportation capabilities.
In accordance with the Robinson-Patman Act, we adhere to three pricing principles: 1. We offer the same price terms to all customers at a given level of trade. 2. When costs vary, we provide different prices to different customers. 3. We set a reasonable manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) based on thorough market research and value positioning.

We have expanded our sales channels and established an efficient supply chain to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery to consumers.
Insurance:
Comprehensive commercial general liability insurance, including broad-form vendor coverage, contractual indemnity liability, product liability, and excess liability endorsements, with limits of $5 million per occurrence and listing as an additional insured party.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Unconditional return and exchange of goods within one week, free of charge, for any reason.
On-site Product Training and Marketing Investment:
Providing on-site product training for commercial customers to help them better understand and showcase the products, maximizing their value. Approved supermarkets will be funded for food sampling and demonstrations lasting no less than six days.
Customized Service:
Offering after-sales service plans based on customers' specific product needs, such as OEM packaging, exclusive discounts, and benefits, to enhance customer satisfaction.
