Dessert: Caramelized Roasted Autumn Moon® Pear with Honey Yogurt

Ingredients:

Autumn Moon® pear (halved, cored) / 1 pc

Butter / 1 tsp

Brown sugar / 1 tsp

Cinnamon / pinch

Greek yogurt /1/2 cup

Honey / 1 tsp

Nut crumble or granola / for topping

Steps:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.


Step 2

Rub pear halves with butter and sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon.


Step 3

Roast for 15–20 min until tender and lightly caramelized.


Step 4

Mix yogurt with honey. Drizzle over pear and top with crumble.
